    Description

    The 1943 Rose Bowl game was played on January 1, at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA, between Georgia and UCLA.  The Bulldogs  defeated the Bruins by  a score of 9 to 0.  The Rose Bowl MVP was Bulldog Charley Trippi.  Georgia finished the season ranked #2 in the AP Poll.  The Bruins  finished the season ranked #13 in the AP Poll.
